Notice for Reschedule of AGM Date

This is for information to all concerned that due to the 11^th National Parliament Election of Bangladesh which already scheduled to be held on 30^th December 2018 and in that connection, the Board of Directors of M.L. Dyeing Limited has decided to reschedule the date of 17^th Annual General Meeting (AGM). As per revised decision, the 17^th AGM to be held on 18^th December, 2018 (Tuesday) instead of 29^th December, 2018 (Saturday). Venue, time and all others will remain unchanged as disclosed before.
